Every Simply Special Ed resource is a digital download. Nothing ships, so your files are ready the moment your order is complete. Here’s how to find them.
Step 1: Check your email
Right after checkout, you’ll get an order email with a Download button for each resource. Click it and the file saves to your computer, usually in your Downloads folder.
Don’t see it? Check your spam, promotions, and junk folders. School email systems often block download emails, so we recommend using a personal email at checkout.
Step 2: Or download from your account, anytime
- Go to shop.simplyspecialed.com and click My Account.
- Log in with the email you used at checkout.
- Click Downloads.
- Click the file name to download it.
There’s no limit on downloads. Re-download your files as often as you need, on any device.
Checked out as a guest? Your download links are in your order email. Can’t find it? Email [email protected] with the email you used and he’ll resend them.
Step 3: Open your files
- PDFs: for the best results, open them in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader rather than your web browser.
- ZIP files: some resources come in a ZIP folder. On a computer, double-click it (Mac) or right-click and choose Extract All (Windows) to open the folder inside. ZIP files are hard to open on phones, so use a computer if you can.
- Editable files: follow the instructions page inside the download, which explains how to edit and which fonts to use.
Printing tips
- In the print window, choose Actual size or Fit to page so nothing gets cut off.
- Printing at a store? Bring the file on a USB drive or email it to the store. If they’re hesitant to print professional-looking materials, show them your order email as proof of purchase.
Free updates for life
When we improve a resource you’ve bought, the new version is free. Just log in and download it again from My Account → Downloads. You’ll always get the newest version.
